Common traps
- The seat fee includes zero usage; every token is billed on top.
- Self-serve plans are billed in USD only; GBP invoicing needs a sales-assisted plan.
- Self-serve: one shared credit pool, and when it hits zero usage stops for the whole organisation.
- Seats cannot be removed mid-term on self-serve plans; added seats are charged pro rata immediately.
- US-only inference is billed at 1.1x API rates for newer models.
- Spend limits can be set to 'unlimited', and usage billing cannot be disabled.
