What's included

  • Enterprise privacy and security, SSO, SCIM, domain verification, usage insights
  • GPTs, Projects, Apps, Company Knowledge, ChatGPT Agent, Deep Research and Codex on standard seats
  • Core models and features (search, file upload, canvas) do not consume credits

Common traps

  • Enterprise credit pools have no per-seat caps by default. Set group spend controls with RBAC.
  • When the pool runs out, advanced features pause unless owners enable overages. Overage limits are set in Workspace settings > Billing.
  • Adding users does not add credits; seats are reconciled at quarterly true-ups, measured from the contract start date, not calendar quarters.
  • Credits are non-refundable unless your contract says otherwise; expiry is set in the Order Form.
  • Token-based agreements bill usage in USD on top of seat fees.
